CVA stands for China Volkssport Association. We have joined Internationaler Volkssportverband (IVV), or International Federation of Popular Sports in April 2004. We were the first IVV member club in China. We are Beijing Today Walk Center before we joined IVV. Walking has become more and more popular in China. We are ready to spread IVV sport spirit throughout China.
The aim of CVA is to work out proper walking routes and let people no matter women or men, young or old to walk for health, fun and friendship. Walking is an original and effective way to promote people's health. It is a good chance to meet new friends and have walking communication. This is why we have hundreds of walkers walking with us at our walking conventions.
We sincerely welcome walking friends from all over the world to join our events and share the experience of walking.
Authority with international standard
China volkssport association joint International Federation of Popular Sports in 2004 and has organized many walking events under the mature and regulated international standards.
Walking itself is an activity which brings benefits to the country and its people. We have received support from governmental departments of various level, NGOs and international organizations during the past years. At the same time, with the assistance of these organizations, we could guarantee the safety and logistics of the walking events and make it more meaningful and influential.

Safety Guaranty
In every walking events organized by CVA no matter one-day walk or multi-day walk, the participants will be given insurance to guarantee the physical safety.

CVA's walking event always came with the concern of public affairs and environment protection. Donate books and school stationeries to children in rural village and set up school library for them.
CVA distributes garbage bags to the participants in every walks and call on walkers to pick garbage during walking while taking care of their own garbage.
