Q: First of all, what is the program of CVA ?
CVA stands for China Volkssport Association. We have joined Internationaler Volkssportverband (IVV), or International Federation of Popular Sports in April, 2004. We were the first IVV member club in China. We are Beijing Today Walk Center before we joined IVV. Walking has become more and more popular in China. We are ready to spread IVV sport spirit throughout China.
Q: What kind of trails we provide?
The trails are marked or maps provided. Trails may be in cities, towns, parks, forests, rural areas, anywhere there is a pleasant or interesting atmosphere to walk.
Q: What's kind of volkssport we provide?
We have two kinds of walking events. Multi-day events usually last three to seven days. Weekend events usually hold on every Saturday. Individuals would enjoy long or short walking events at your convenience.
Q: What may I get into the walking event?
You can get attractive pins, patches, T-shirt and certificates signifying different achievement levels etc. Participant may purchase the attractive souvenirs to remind him/her of the event. Also participant may enjoy the personal incentive and satisfaction available through the program and get a good communication from each other.
