Highlight:
 Lugu Lake ---- is a high mountain plateau lake. It is surrounded by mountains and has eight islands and many bays and beaches. The inhabitants around the lake are the Mosuo people, a small tribe that is considered a sub clan of Naxi people. They are a matriarchal society and seek to maintain that heritage.
 Tiger Leaping Gorge---- also named Hutiao Gorge, is a canyong on the Yangtze River. Around 15 km in length, the gorge is located where the river passes between Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Haba Xueshan in a series of rapids under steep 2000 m cliffs.
 Jade Dragon Snow Mountain---also called Yulong Snow Mountain, is a mountain massif (also identified as a small mountain range) near Lijiang. Its highest peak is neamed Shanzidou. The view of the massif from the gardens at the Black Dragon Pool(Heilong Tan) in Lijiang is noted as one of China’s finest views. The far side of the mountain forms one side of Tiger Leaping Gorge.
 Lijiang ---located in northwestern Yunnan Province, China. Lijiang is a world famous Old Town and a UNESCO Heritage Site. The town has a history going back more than 800 years and was once a confluence for trade along the old tea horse road. The Lijiang old town is famous for its orderly system of waterways and bridges. The old town of Lijiang differs from other ancient Chinese cities in architecture, history and the culture of its traditional residents the Nakhi people.
 Dali ---located on a fertile plateau between the Changshan mountains to the west and Erhai lake to the east. It is the ancient capital of both the Bai kingdom Nanzhao, which flourished in the area during the 8th and 9th centuries, and the Kingdom of Dali, which reigned from 937-1253 AD.
 Bird's nest---- The Beijing National Stadium, also known as the bird's nest which was the main track and field stadium of the 29th Summer Olympics in 2008 and was also its opening and closing ceremonies field.
Beijing---Capital of China, one of the modern and international metropolis in the world. It is home of the 29th summer Olympic Game. In ancient China, six dynasties had capitalized it.
